Cocoa Butter and Cocoa Liquor
is the key ingredient in chocolate, no other component in the production of chocolate has such an impact on the ultimate flavor outcome. Annually, Lyons & Sons prepares over 12 million pounds of product to the cocoa industry globally, it goes through in-house melting, stored in temperature-controlled tanks, and safe loading onto tankers for transport. Lyons & Sons provides tolling for their customers of butter and liquor loads, up to 20 loads per week. From our warehouse to its destination, we guarantee the safety of our cocoa.
